This website is operated by S&M Design Ltd, trading as Creative Things Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any digital products or services offered through Creative Things Studio.

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Our products and services

Creative Things Studio sells digital products and digital services only, including:

  • Digital invitation templates (Canva and Corjl)

  • Digital wedding website templates

  • Custom-made animated invitations

  • Custom-designed digital web pages

  • Access to Creativite RSVP when included with certain products

No physical products are sold.

3. Digital downloads (Canva & Corjl templates)

Digital templates are delivered electronically and made available immediately after payment is confirmed.

By purchasing a digital template, you receive a personal-use licence only. You may use the product for your own personal event.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template

  • use the template for commercial purposes

  • claim the design as your own

Ownership of the original design remains with Creative Things Studio.

4. Custom-made digital services

Custom-made services (including animated invitations and custom web pages) are created specifically based on the information you provide.

By purchasing a custom service, you acknowledge that:

  • work begins after purchase

  • the service involves time, skill, and personalisation

  • revisions and delivery timelines depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide

Custom services are provided for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Creativite RSVP (when included)

Some products include access to Creativite RSVP, an online RSVP management platform.

When Creativite RSVP is included:

  • an account is created for you following purchase

  • access is provided for a fixed period, as stated on the product page

  • use of Creativite RSVP is governed by separate Terms of Service available on the Creativite RSVP platform

These Shop Terms apply only to the purchase itself, not to the operation of the Creativite RSVP platform.

6. Payments and pricing

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed before access to any digital product or service is provided.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.

Where applicable, VAT or other taxes may be applied in accordance with local regulations.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital products and custom-made services, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with that policy.

8. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, colours and layouts may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Information on the website is provided for general guidance only and may be updated at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our products or services for unlawful purposes

  • infringe our intellectual property rights

  • misuse digital files or platform access

  • attempt to access unauthorised systems or accounts

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access where misuse is detected.

All designs, templates, animations, website layouts, and platform content remain the intellectual property of S&M Design Ltd.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal-use licence only. No ownership rights are transferred.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that:

  • digital products will meet every individual expectation

  • services will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • results or outcomes will be achieved through use of our products

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&M Design Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services.

13. Third-party services and tools

Our website may link to third-party services (such as Canva, Corjl, or hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party providers.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect our business, users, or legal obligations.

15. Changes to these Terms
