Custom-Made Animated Invitations & Custom Website Pages

Due to the nature of custom digital services, refunds are not available once work has begun or a digital file has been delivered.

These products are made to order and involve time spent on design, setup, and personalisation based on the information you provide. By purchasing a custom-made animated invitation or custom website page, you acknowledge that you are paying for a personalisation service and the time required to create it.


Creativite RSVP (Digital Service)

Creativite RSVP is a digital service provided for a fixed access period of 18 months from the date of purchase.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once:

  • a Creativite RSVP account has been created,

  • access to the service has been provided, or

  • any setup or personalisation has begun.

By purchasing Creativite RSVP, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital service begins immediately and that your right to cancel under consumer protection regulations may be waived once the service has started.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • where the service cannot be provided due to a technical issue on our side, or

  • where access has not yet been granted and no setup has taken place.

 

Digital Downloads, Canva & Corjl Templates

Digital templates (including Canva and Corjl files) are non-refundable.

Files are made available for download or editing immediately after payment is confirmed. Once access is provided, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Before purchasing, please ensure that:

  • you have read the full product description,

  • you have reviewed the Corjl demo (where applicable), or

  • you have viewed the sample animated invitation for Canva animated templates.

  • All products sold are digital unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, incorrect purchases, or lack of use of the product.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
